Payment Methods
Return Policy
- If your not completely satisfied with any item, just return it within 30 days for
refund or exchange.
- All items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition
with tags and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Laundered items are not returnable.
- All freight on returned items must be prepaid.
- All returns require a Return Authorization number. (R.A.#)
Please contact our customer service department to arrange for returns and
exchanges. Items returned without a Return Authorization number will be
refused and returned to you.
- Credit card refunds will be applied to your credit card upon receipt of returned
items.
- Sorry, but refunds will not include original shipping charges.
- We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fedex, or insured
US Mail. Items sent but not received by The Uniform Shop will NOT receive
credit for the return.
